There is ocean access directly across the street (at our Kapoho location). You can watch the waves or even surf right there, one minute from our house! Our house is located 2 miles from a great surfing beach on the Eastern side of Hawaii. There are also 3 other locations to choose from, all within 2 miles distance. You can access these place by bicycle or moped or arrange a ride from us.
We offer physical reconditioning programs individually tailored in order to achieve your fitness goals. Work out, bicycling, jogging and surfing everyday by the ocean in a peaceful and natural environment. You may also enjoy our tidal pools if you like snorkeling. Just 10 minutes walking distance!
The switch to a healthy lifestyle may be restored quickly with your passion for surfing. You will feel better and better everyday and that will be the best motivation for you to stay clean and sober and never want to return to the downward spiral path you were on.

BETTER NUTRITION
We offer a nutritional program with supplements and organic food that will help you sleep and eliminate your cravings.
Our nutritional program is versatile. Our preferred choice is raw food and juices. However, we will adapt to your taste and preferences at first and will complement with cooked food: Vegetables initially, then more starch and protein such as potatoes, beans and grains if needed a few weeks into the detox. However, you will have to drink the four green juices a day and we will definitely exclude junk food!
OTHER METHODS USED
Your mind body rehabilitation program will also include
- Counseling, EFT, and the work of Byron Katie.
- Additional options are Reichian breath work, myofacial release, deep tissue massage, yoga and stretches.
- The hydrotherapy treatment includes coffee enemas and FIR sauna. We recommend that you get a few colon hydrotherapy treatments during your stay, hydrogen peroxide baths, and watsu in our warm spring.
